Booking Terms and Conditions

Property Policies:

  • Check-in time is 2 pm. If you arrive before this time you are more than welcome to drop your bags off at reception. Please note that our Reception closes at 10pm. Late check-in is generally not available (as we keep our prices down by not paying night staff) and if available will incur a surcharge.
  • Check-out time is 10 am.
  • It is a condition of your stay that we may disclose information about your use and behaviour at the hotel to third party service providers who conduct appropriate risk and loss prevention checks, and those that investigate and protect against activities harmful to guests, visitors, employees and others, or to property, such as Guests Behaving Badly Pty Ltd. Our acceptance of your booking is subject to anything adverse that comes of these checks.

Payment and Deposit information:

ROOMS

  • First night deposit for room or credit card details to secure bookings.
  • Balance due at check-in.
  • A 5% surcharge is added to all Diners and American Express credit card transactions.

PACKAGES

  • A 50% deposit is required when bookings for Local Special Event and Public Holiday periods are confirmed.
  • For New Years Eve Packages (22nd December - 3rd January)full payment is required when you make your booking. Bookings will only be accepted via the website. Bookings are not transferable.
  • No refunds apply to reservations during this period.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.

GROUPS

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation 3 months prior to arrival Full refund
Cancellation less than 3 months and before 6 weeks 50% refund
Cancellation less than 6 weeks No refund

Balance is payable on arrival.

Please note that we do not accept bookings for "Hens Nights" or "Bucks Nights" or any other groups likely to cause a disruption for our other guests or our neighbours. We reserve the right to bar admittance (without refunds) to any group arriving inebriated or looking like they will shortly become rowdy. In some cases a security deposit may be required before access to the rooms is allowed. Please talk to us prior to booking if your group is at all likely to fall into any of these categories.

 

Cancellation and Changes

ROOMS

  • All cancellations and adjustments must be made 48 hrs. prior to arrival or cancellation fees of one nights accommodation will apply.
  • All cancellations incur an administration fee of 30.00.
  • For reservations made for Local Special Event and Public Holiday periods, a 50% deposit will be charged at time of booking. The 50% deposit is not refundable upon cancellation.

PACKAGES

  • Cancellation of packages require 48 hrs. notice prior to arrival or 1 nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card as cancellation fee except for New Year’s Eve packages. New Year’s Eve packages there are STRICTLY NO REFUNDS under any circumstances.
  • No refunds will be given for early check-outs.
  • Any cancellation outside the 48 hrs. prior to arrival will incur a $30 administration.

Extra guests

  • The rates and packages are based on your selections chosen for adults and  children.
  • Children (under 2 years) are accommodated free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with 2 adults.
