Booking Terms and Conditions

Check-in time is 2 pm. If you arrive before this time you are more than welcome to drop your bags off at reception.
Check-out time is 10 am.

First night deposit for room or credit card details to secure bookings.
Balance due at check-in.
A 5% surcharge is added to all Diners and American Express credit card transactions.

A 50% deposit is required when bookings for Local Special Event and Public Holiday periods are confirmed.
For New Years Eve Packages a 50% deposit is required when booking is confirmed, with the balance payable 1 month prior to arrival. The hotel will process the deposit and balance of payment from your credit card and advise the receipt # by email.
No refunds apply to reservations during this period.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation 3 months prior to arrival	Full refund
Cancellation less than 3 months and before 6 weeks	50% refund
Cancellation less than 6 weeks	No refund

Balance is payable on arrival.

All cancellations and adjustments must be made 48 hrs. prior to arrival or cancellation fees of one nights accommodation will apply.
Cancellations beyond 48 hrs. will incur an administration fee of 30.00.
For reservations made for Local Special Event and Public Holiday periods, a 50% deposit will be charged at time of booking. The 50% deposit is not refundable upon cancellation.

Cancellation of packages require 48 hrs. notice prior to arrival or 1 nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card as cancellation fee except for New Year’s Eve packages. New Year’s Eve packages require cancellation 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled inside 30 days, total package amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for early check-outs.
Any cancellation outside the 48 hrs. prior to arrival will incur a $30 administration.

The rates and packages are based on your selections chosen for adults and children.
Children (under 2 years) are accommodated free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with 2 adults.
